Canada's eyes are actually blue, like America's... it's a common mistake, though.

well....on some artworks he has purple eyes. I just used the artwork's eye color scheme beacuse there's like 452345151 blue-colored eye characters in hetalia XDDD

I know. It just kind of annoys me when people draw Canada with purple eyes... in the anime, his eyes are clearly blue, and I'm not sure how anyone could've mistaken his eyes for purple when they're blue. I know blue eyes are overused in Hetalia, but Canada's my favorite character, so it annoys me when people draw him inaccurately.

The reason why people draw him with purple eyes is becuase in the manga Canada has purple.

The anime made a lot of changes to characters. Romano has green in the manga but in the anime they gave him a sort of brown, like Italy's. I think Finland had purple in the manga too, but in the anime they're brown as well.

It's a common mistake. I prefer Canada's blue as well. :)
